Having A Mild Asthma Attack On Camera...

Notice how my voice becomes lighter, my coughing increases, and the tiredness on my face progresses the further the video advances. Talking is a huge trigger for my asthma! While making this video to address that I will be covering the topic of asthma on this channel as well, I decided not to edit out some of it. I've had a very rough time with my asthma today, coughing and shortness of breath, so I had to get out of the house for a few while making this video. Yes, my own house is an asthma trigger for me. And I left in some coughing and deep breaths so you could see that even though you may not know it, you or your friend or whoever you see doing this could actually be suffering from a mild asthma fit. The signs aren't always clear, and not everybody wheezes when they have an attack. My only symptoms are coughing, dyspnea, and chest tightness. 2 of those you can't even see.
