🍫 Giotto Hazelnut Cream Dessert – So Creamy, Nutty & Irresistible! 😍 A dreamy no-bake dessert layered with hazelnut cream, mascarpone, and crunchy hazelnuts — pure indulgence! ✨ Ingredients For the Cream: 600 ml cold heavy cream 250 g mascarpone 400 g cream cheese 3 packets whipped cream stabilizer (or 2 tbsp San Apart) 100 g powdered sugar 3 tbsp hazelnut cream (e.g., Giotto or similar) 2 tbsp Nutella A little hazelnut syrup (optional, for flavor) 2 packets vanilla sugar For the Layers: Hazelnut cream Chopped hazelnuts For Decoration: Giotto chocolates Whipped cream (or cream mixed with hazelnut cream) Chopped hazelnuts Instructions Prepare the Cream: In a large bowl, mix mascarpone, cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla sugar, hazelnut cream, Nutella, and a dash of hazelnut syrup until smooth and creamy. In a separate bowl, whip the cold heavy cream with Sahnesteif (or San Apart) until stiff. Gently fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture until well combined. Layer the Dessert: Spread a layer of cream in a dish or dessert glasses. Add a thin layer of hazelnut cream and sprinkle with chopped hazelnuts. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with cream on top. Decorate: Pipe or spoon whipped cream on top. Garnish with Giotto chocolates and chopped hazelnuts.
