Locate the lumbar adjustment tabs on the sides of the chair and move them both to the highest position. 2. Using your hands, slid one of the tabs up over the plastic lumbar stop on the back frame. 3. Repeat this process with the opposite tab to completely release the lumbar. 4. Slide the lumbar out from the seat back. Reinstalling the Lumbar 1. Slide the lumbar between the frame and pad on the back of the chair. 2. Align one of the lumbar tabs on the back frame below the lumbar stop.
