SBS button seems to be working when remote controllers are working... I think that means the motor itself is OK. The other issue we've come across is that sometimes the orange manual lock gets jammed and cannot be unlocked. It was't the case this time. When that happned, we waited until the gate started moving spontaneously. Also it may be worth mentioning that we had a few instances where the sleeping gate (this is what I named this issue) woke up and started running when we fiddled with the orange lock.
