Mt. Tanigawa: The World's DEADLIEST Peak?!

Mt. Tanigawa is a 1,977m peak in Japan, and despite its modest size, it has hosted more deaths than Mt. Everest, K2, Annapurna, Nanga Parbat, Dhaulagiri, and Makalu...COMBINED. One particular deadly incident on the peak's slopes in 1960 would set itself apart from the more than 800 other deaths which have occurred there, as the events that transpired during this incident are still frequently talked about up until this day. This is the story of that deadly incident.
