The long awaited, most anticipated day of all. I was privileged to cover the entire Korean Mini Festival 2018, organized by KOICA on the 27th of July @ the Public Library Auditorium, Colombo. The festival opened with most of the k-pop fans who had gathered in BTS, EXO, CNBlue, etc. tees. But besides being brought together as k-pop fans, the festival was more focused in highlighting the rich Korean culture. The festival featured the following events. 1. Korean Cuisine cooking & tasting 2. Hanbok (Traditional Korean Costume) 3. Paper Crafts (Origami & windmill) 4. Traditional face mask painting 5. Book mark making 6. Traditional Korean Games I sincerely appreciate all the hard work that had gone into making this event a grand success and a memorable one for all the k-enthusiasts.
