The deep low isn’t finished with us yet. There will be more wet weather coming for most of the country for the end of the week. The majority of the North Island will be in for a rainy Friday with strong winds for South Taranaki, Taihape and Whanganui. The top of the South Island - Tasman and the West Coast - will get even more heavy rain on top of those big numbers on Thursday. The east side and bottom half of the South Island are expected to be much more settled.
