A large-scale #phenotyping solution with a processing speed of 400 plants/hour. 🌿🍃🌱 Plants are grown on phytotrips, a system that allows #seeds to germinate in agarose matrices where root development can be perfectly monitored under different growing conditions. 🤖🖥📷 A collaborative robotic arm takes the phytostrips automatically and takes daily photographs of both the root and aerial parts. These images are analyzed by computer vision software and the data are stored in the #Noah Plant #Breeding #software.
