This is a “fale” - traditional beach accommodation here in #samoa It’s very popular for locals and foreign tourists on holiday to stay in these fales and wake I’m up to the sound of the ocean. No fans or air con needed! If it’s windy or raining covers can be brought down at the side for protection from the elements. In many fales, the cost includes homemade dinner and breakfast by the family who lives in the same property. We spent 1 night at the most well known ones in Samoa and had an amazing dinner with life 20 people all at 1 long table! Such a unique experience and I slept like a baby.
