It's not often that you get to try out a new product onboard a legacy carrier like American Airlines, so I was really excited to try out their new Flagship Preferred Suite onboard their BRAND NEW Boeing 787-9 on it's "Inaugural" service from Heathrow to Philadelphia. American only started operating their new Flagship Suites on the London to Chicago and select LA to Chicago routes a few weeks earlier, and this was only their second international route to feature their new game-changing business class seat. Would it live up to American's hype?
