The weather was well and truly against me for this one- this was filmed on the sixth day in a row of trying to get a free, dry few hours for the barbecue. Slightly swearier than usual as a result, as I just wanted it done! Totally worth it. I've been meaning to make some version of this for years. I'm a bugger for watching recipe videos and not getting round to trying them out- I'll try to correct some of that this year. If you cook it in an oven make sure you've got a decent dish or pan underneath the cooking vessel in case it overflows. Cheers!
