The premise of the speedmapping event was to "This month, 7 years ago, Doom 2016 (often referred to as Doom 4, DOOM 4, but rarely doom FOUR) was released, thus getting myself and a perpetual boatload of other neophytes into this amazing hobby and community of torment! To celebrate this game we will be using Noiser’s amazing Doom 4 Vanilla mod combined with a resource pack of textures I hand crafted for this event.
