We had dinner at Putien, VivoCity Singapore. This restaurant prides itself to have one Michelin star, but note that the Michelin star was awarded to the outlet at Kitchener Road, and not this one. Still, the restaurant was PACKED on a weekend night. We decided to try the set for 2 persons, plus we ordered additional carbs (Mee Sua and Bee Hoon). There was a lot of food. The 100 second yellow croaker was very interesting. Be careful though, full of bones!
