A loooong one this month, sorry. Verrucae needling: before and after. This is the technique I do for larger or multiple verruaces - the aim is to encourage immunity so that all the lesions (of that HPV sub-type) will go. I love to cut them out too but this is less aggressive, so I mix and match between needling and fulll thickness excisions. And I want to show the 'cheat' LA technique I like to use for distal and peripheral plantar lesions (this video is aimed at fellow pods). If you're not confident in tibial blocks, this is an option.
