In this talk, Altay de Souza presents why Education for Work is a catastrophic cost that fails to address issues in our polarized society. To offset this cost, Scientific Education focused on individual behavior is important. To this end, the G.A.L.I.N.H.A (Chicken) Protocol is presented as an individual strategy for Scientific Education. Psychologist with a PhD in Experimental Psychology (USP) and undergraduate in Statistics (USP), researcher at USP (ECA - 4C - Center for Communication and Cognitive Sciences) and UNIFESP (Psychobiology) with research in the area of Judgment, Decision and Choice, Epistemology of Science, Applied Data Analysis and Sleep Medicine.
