I started building my first RPG game completely solo — and this is Day 0 of my 365-day challenge. For the past 4 months, I’ve been secretly working on a dark, hand-drawn isometric RPG from scratch using Unity and C#. In this video, I’m sharing my journey so far — from early prototypes to the current pre-alpha version. I’m a professional game artist, but coding was completely new to me. Learning C# as an artist was scary at first… but it turned out to be one of the best decisions I’ve made.
