Heat vegetable stock or water in your Magefesa pressure cooker, bring to a boil and stir in chickpeas and the chopped vegetables. It is advisable to put the vegetables in a net to facilitate their removal once cooking is complete. Close the lid securely and bring to pressure over high heat, wait until working valve begins to release steam. Reduce heat to medium-low and let cook for 45 - 50 minutes. Once the required time has elapsed, remove pressure cooker from heat and release steam using the natural release method. Remove chickpeas from cooker, strain and grind up with the help of mincer accessory. Stir in cumin, garlic powder, sweet paprika and sesame seeds, season to taste. Add tahini paste, lemon juice and extra virgin olive oil. Blend on high speed and adjust thickness by adding some chickpea cooking broth until you get the desired thickness. Serve hummus sprinkled with finely chopped scallion and chives, sesame seeds, paprika and oil in a thin, steady stream.
