PHMSA Gas Gathering Rule that is requiring all “gas” gathering lines to be regulated at least on a reporting basis. This will add two new types of gathering lines and require operation and maintenance requirements to some specific gathering line types. Will also address recent amendments and requirements. Valve Rupture Mitigation rule will requires rupture mitigation valves on all newly constructed transmission pipeline and type A gas gathering pipelines.
