This 5 Part Series of videos, taken via USB Microscope by the patient, depicts a 2mm corneal ulcer just below the pupil where a hypopyon or cluster of white blood cells are presently fighting bacterial infection. As the microscope comes into view, a reflection of the clear plastic housing and LED ring around the camera is shown on the cornea. The white blood cell cluster immediately responds by moving to the same position of the reflection as though bacteria have been detected in the area via chemical signaling, even though nothing is physically present on the cornea save for the reflected image. Look closely at where the cell site is at the start versus the end of the video. Part 3b is the best capture. After a week of researching Google, medical studies and journals, case studies and other resources, I've been unable to find any documentation of such a phenomenon. My plan is to forward this to research institutes to determine what we are actually seeing here and if there is anything valuable to be gained from it.
