You need to let your beard grow to see what you're working with. Fight the urge to trim it for at least a month if not two. 2. Know your goal - What type of beard do you want/can you grow? Start with a goal. 3. Neckline & cheek line - Don't trim your neckline too high!!! 4. Diet, exercise & water - This is really important and often overlooked. Here's the diet I do: Lift weights, it will help with muscle mass and testosterone which will help with beard growth. 5. Take your vitamins - Don't waste money on the "beard growth vitamins." Here's what I'd recommend: Take a good men's multi-vitamin, biotin, and vitamin D. 6.
