The Finance Committee of the Board of Directors of GRTC Transit System, RideFinders, and Old Dominion Transit Management Company will meet at 2:30 p.m., Thursday, December 11, 2025, at GRTC HEADQUARTERS. Public participation will be available through in-person and virtual means at the address stated above. Citizens are welcome to provide their comments in person at the Board meeting or in writing in advance of the meeting. Please send all advance written comments to [email protected]. Advance comments received via email before 5:00 p.m. on the day before the meeting will be distributed to all members of the Board that night and included in the meeting minutes.
