UPGRADING my EBIKE for OFF ROAD!!

Ok everyone so today I upgraded my e-bike for off-road use. I first started with replacing a dinged rim the bike had from a previous crash, this was my first time lacing a wheel but it turned out very true! Next I replaced the 1.75'' tires with 2.5'' kenda mountain bike tires. This gave it a mean, adventurous look while improving traction immensely (also burn outs:). After this I went to adding a disc brake, removing the front rim brake. I added a 160mm rotor and a shimano SLX lever and caliper. This allowed for great stopping power and reliability. Then and one of the most needed changes was the drive train. Originally it had a 3x7 drive train that was very out dated and clunky. So a 1x9 system took its place making the bike way more simple and lighter! Next I changed the 590mm outdated narrow bars for answer 810mm bars which helped the control like none other. Finally I added a bontrager seat to give it the mountain bike look I wa going for. So all in all this conversion turned out great!
