Waseem Ahmad Bhat achieved the All India Rank 7 in the UPSC Civil Services Examination, 2022. He has completed his Bachelors in Civil Engineering in the year 2019 from NIT Srinagar. After that he joined the Vision IAS Foundation course. He cleared UPSC CSE in 2020 in the very first attempt with an AIR of 225. This was his 3rd attempt with Anthropology optional. He is currently training as an Assistant Commissioner Income Tax.
