The MedRiser Sit to Stand (500lb weight capacity) was designed to enhance the patient's experience during transfer exercises. With several industry-first enhancements, the Sit to Stand is intended to improve patient comfort while offering safety to nurses and caregivers. Med-Mizer borrowed our "Flex" technology pressure redistribution strapping found on our specialty seating line (FlexTilt Tilt In Space Chair) and added it to the knee/shin plate on our STS. This feature, combined with a pad, provides comfort to the end user as it allows even pressure to be distributed across the knee and shin. We have also added a soft foam pad to the foot section to improve patient satisfaction. Combine these enhancements with multiple sling bars, and we have provided the ultimate solution to improve patients' experience when using an STS.
