Filmed at Happyland Amusements, Bournemouth on September 8th 2020. Manufactured by Cogan of Italy, I believe this ride was released in 2009. "Cogan extends its range by becoming the producer and distributor of the original kiddie rides dedicated to the famous Hello Kitty, Japan's most popular and beloved character on the Sanrio Japanese company. The subject, highly successful and appreciated by fans of all ages, is made in the typical kawaii style of the character, and portrays the sweet and nice Kitty who is in the car (strictly pink) leaving the driving seat free for fun passenger. The cheerful and themed music alternates every turn while the kiddie rides movement is coordinated with the game of lights and can be enriched (on request) from the dashboard with the led in front of the steering wheel. The game comes complete with a towbar, instruction manual and maintenance, while all the handymanships (cashier, electronic card and coin box) are incorporated into the game's body." Unfortunately, the push buttons didn't work on this unit. The History of Coin Operated Rides finally has its own home on YouTube! https://www.youtube.com/channel/thehi...
