Leadership testimony, Dra Adela Jauregui shares with us the challenges and experiences after 20 years of service to the communities served by the Sangre de Cristo Health Project team My role as General Director of the Project is to guide the great work team to provide the best service, with disposition, availability and excellence. The team is made up of: Doctors, pharmacy assistants, nursing assistants, educators, administrative assistants, and environmental health team. What I like the most, personally, is the service as a doctor, the satisfaction of seeing the expression of relief of a person who after 72 hours has improved, her face of happiness and gratitude. What I like the most is taking care of patients. The main challenge has been to continue providing health services complying with all bio-safety protocols, protecting the population we serve and the work team, another great challenge has been to continue with educational programs and motivate children to wash their hands ; I think the biggest challenge has been to continue providing services with budget adjustments. For all the friends and benefactors of the project, the benefactor institutions of the project which joined much more and it has been gratifying, and we ask that God bless their lives and multiply all the support, their donations, their help in kind and in cash for health services to continue.
