弊社のホームページ Our website https://www.infinity-aymp.com/ アパレルやオリジナルステッカー等の販売はこちら Click here for apparel, original stickers, etc. International shipping is also available. 当店のインスタグラム Our Instagram www.instagram.com/infinity_motorcycle いつも弊社のYouTubeをご覧いただき誠にありがとうございます。 先月に岐阜のオーナー様に納車した、XL1200Sの出荷整備になります。 今回は、エボスポファンを悩ませる、ガッチャン現象… それの対策と、それに伴うプライマリーカバー内の整備内容をお届けします。 弊社の出荷整備では、必ずプライマリーカバーを開けてトランスミッション一式を取り外すところまでを行います。弊社で整備履歴がある場合は省略することももありますが、基本的には以下の7つの項目を整備します。 其の一　ステーターコイルの交換(整備履歴がある場合は除く) 其の二　ガッチャン現象の対策(状態によって内容は異なります) 其の三　クラッチプレートの厚み、ゆがみの点検交換 其の四　スプリングプレートの点検交換 其の五　レリーズベアリングの交換 其の六　VPクラッチの取り付け 其の七　シフタースプリング全交換 今後の不具合の出方によってはさらに増える場合もあります。 毎回作業するたびにアップデートを行っており、ここまで作業を行えば また何十年もプライマリーカバーを開ける必要はなくなります。まとめて作業を行い 安心して乗り続けられる方が良いと僕は考えますので。 Thank you very much for always watching our YouTube videos. In our shipping maintenance, we always open the primary cover and remove the entire transmission. In some cases, if there is a maintenance history at our company, we may omit this, but basically we carry out the following seven items of maintenance. No.1: Stator coil replacement (except when there is a maintenance history) No.2: Measures against the “clunking” noise (the content will vary depending on the condition) No.3: Inspection and replacement of clutch plate thickness and distortion No.4: Inspection and replacement of spring plate No.5: Replace the release bearing No.6: Install the VP clutch No.7: Replace all the shifter springs Depending on how the problems develop in the future, there may be more. We update the work every time we do it. If you do this work, you won't have to open the primary cover for decades.
