The funniest thing happened to me today. A gentleman came up to the window behind me and started fixing his hair. I was sitting in my usual spot working on my computer when this middle-aged, good-looking man. I did my normal reaction and moved out of the way so I couldn't be seen. He fixed his hair and traveled on to the young lady down the way. It was pretty funny, and if I had my camera or phone, I would have filmed it. Today we are going to Break up with Worry Good Bye Letter Follow the road map to get out of our own way Rearrange your room Create a powerful Montra Decision tree to distinguish facts from fiction Customize our own Self-care Checklist And More For example, my hubby and I made some flower pots for my exotic flowers page, and he broke one of the bowls. He immediately said he broke it and was sorry before throwing the bowl in anger. I picked up the bowl and realized I had a way to fix the issue, and it was better than my original idea. I told my hubby, and his reply was yeah, right. I had him do the same with the remaining nine bowls, and now, honestly, the flowers are growing. They are holding too much moisture or too little. Looking at that particular situation, a negative person would have thrown the bowl away and had to figure out a new way. Victimhood = A person that's automatic response, is always poor me whether or not it's warranted, and of course, here we are talking about the situation not warranting a victim. An example of a Victimhood conversation I had with a company Lazy Dayz, yes, the trailer place. The warranty lady called demanding money for parts purchased through my warranty that haven't been fixed yet. Now that the warranty period is for my trailer over. My hubby and I tried to explain what was going on to the lady. She wouldn't listen because, of course, she's the most intelligent person in the conversation...Right  She kept cutting us off. We had her on speakerphone so we could both hear the conversation. She again was on speakerphone, and we told her as for her to say she didn't know no when all of a sudden she started a mantra STOP YELLING AT ME!  to we replyed Not yelling you're on speakerphone. We want you to hear us  Again, STOP YELLING AT ME, so we repeated it, repeating no one is "yelling" when she went into a 2-year-old tantrum and repeated like 30x STOP YELLING AT ME as someone had come into the office. She was putting on a show. The phone conversation was over; She wasn't listening, and she wasn't going to. I've noticed this becoming a thing. It SHOULD NOT be a thing. It isn't personal. It's a company and a customer, not a worker AGAINST a customer. How to use this book: Use the information in this book to help us be Worry-Free! Worries aren't curable, and that's a good thing. You can use activities in this book in any order to help you cope with your worries and positively help your day.    Following the easy-to-use instructions to minimize the worry of the day, You may not think an activity is helpful but try them at least once. Have an open mind, practice the exercises even when you feel good, and keep the flow of the same day-to-day activity for activity. Break Up with Worry:  They have supplied a great example of a letter you can use and personalize it for yourself or create a new one. It's entirely up to you.   This exercise was challenging for me even though I used the letter provided. However, I'm still very emotional when it comes to my childhood, or at least what I remember of it. I also have a hard time recognizing my attributes. Growing up wasn't about me; It was about everyone else, not me. I try to teach victims AGAINST this thought because it is supposed to be about the child, not the adult.    "This book was dedicated to her mother, Amy. Her relentless kindness and her ability to prevail even in the most trying of times never ceases to amaze her. Thank you, Mother Amy and Molly Burford for this wonderful piece of work we're going to share on Youtube to help many more  We truly appreciate the work you have already done." Mad Love Nicola
