As requested by Blitzoskizers_Alpha, here's the first movement of Tchaikovsky's Violin Concerto with the Pokémon DPP soundfont. Now, I do have to say that the Pokémon DPP violin falls short of the concerto's demands in a few places. Truthfully, I doubt any violin from any soundfont can meet them, but I still hope the result is interesting to hear! Tchaikovsky's Violin Concerto is considered one of the greatest examples of the genre, ranking right up there with Beethoven's, Brahms's, and Meldenssohn's. One of its biggest claims to fame is its beautiful and iconic main theme which, in a touch of originality at the time, is played first by the soloist instead of the orchestra (1:04). It's also infamous for its fiendish difficulty. Around the time of its premiere, it wasn't uncommon for it to be called impossible to play, but nowadays it's a staple piece in the repertoire of every serious violinist as well as one of the most frequently performed violin concertos.
