The Founding City of Automated Refuse Collection The city of Scottsdale Solid Waste Management division is one of the first to purchase a Scorpion ASL when the company DaDee Manufacturing was created in 2007. With 1010444 being put into service in early 2010, a precedent would then follow with future truck series with the newest batch being put into service in May 2017. For those who question the white colored unit, that was going to be wrapped with an elementary school student's artwork but did not happen. The city also owns some white colored front loaders.
