I brought this over from Daraz for around 4,000 PKR. This video is not sponsored by Daraz or anyone. The Pros of this device are that it's pretty cheap, around 4000 PKR, easy to carry, has a 4K 60Hz pass through and it's plug &play. The cons for the device are that it does not has a heat sink in it, meaning it does get hot after using it for a while. It can only output 60fps in 720p. In 1080p it can only preview and output in 30fps, even though it states on the site that it can output in 1080p 60fps which is basically a firmware tweak. My final verdict would be that if you are looking for a cheap video capture card with a 4K passthrough, you can get it but don't expect it to preview and record in 1080p 60fps.
