Me and ‪@CharlesDowding1nodig‬ will try to teach not only how to tend to your garden, market garden, etc thanks to Charles’s incredible knowledge but also, how you can use and preserve fresh ingredients in your kitchen! Homeacres has an abundance of fresh food all year round so we decided to use the fresh ingredients to create something a bit different! This is a great way to preserve vegetables for a long time but also deliciously different as a dip for your favourite meal. I would call this a winter ketchup and every ingredient could be replaced with anything laying around in your fridge!
