Starting with dystopian ambient textures from the Lyra-8, then moving onto grooves from the DFAM and Subharmonicon, then all three together, this improvisation was really about catching the waves as they came. I've patched the Subharmonicon into the DFAM and the DFAM into the Lyra-8 to mix it all into the delay lines. The setup of having a DFAM and Subharmonicon together is now being sold as a pack called the Moog Sound Studio, and it comes with a little mixer, which would be very useful! But patching the Subharmonicon into the DFAM audio in really lets me control both instruments at once and I love the way they interact.
