Just me sharing some herbal wisdom whilst sitting on a magical old oak tree and sipping on some Mugwort tea, yanno 🌿. In the video we have: Mugwort, Yarrow & St johns wort and it includes info about foraging the herbs, their medicinal uses, herbal remedies, magic and some folklore. Coming soon…a delve into the herbal remedies I make and use myself. The book in the video: “the complete medicinal herbal” by Penelope Ody. It’s pretty old, published in 1993. For that reason it’s worth getting a few herbal books as names and information can be updated over time. But it’s a lovely book to have in the collection!
