This is the end... but not exactly, it will make sense later. Here we build the Lighthouse of Alexandria, and... oh no... the difficulty spike... I don't have a facecam or use a mic here, but my cursor movement should say everything. 17:48 I dreaded hearing this as a child. This playthrough COULD'VE been perfect, but I had trouble with some tiles on that level and lost a life. If the game had a bonus that would let me destroy runes of my choice, and/or I could quickly chain multiple moves like in The Treasures of Montezuma, this would've been much easier to avoid. Bonuses are fine and dandy, but they can't skip gaps in the playfield. I remembered the FACT this stage has unique music, but I forgot what it actually sounded like, I find it to be more eerie than the one in Ephesus and Rhodes, though IDK if this is deliberate or not. At 26:34 I finish the game and see what comes after. It seems you can play it 2 more times with the same player profile (because I got one medal out of 3 in the high score menu), but subsequent replays are more difficult. I played through the first Egypt level, compared the footage against the 1st playthrough and noticed there's a stricter timer and an extra block.
