(8 Aug 2018) The body of a woman was recovered from the Jamiul Jamaah Mosque in Bangsal on Wednesday, following the earthquake which destroyed the building on the Indonesian island of Lombok. Rescue and recovery teams were filmed bringing the woman's remains down from the mosque to a waiting ambulance as media and onlookers gathered to watch. The north of Lombok has been devastated by a magnitude 7.0 quake that struck on Sunday night, damaging thousands of buildings and killing at least 105 people. Rescuers were still struggling to reach all of the affected areas and authorities expect the death toll to rise.
