AMAZON PRIME 25$ Razor Battle ZMACK, SHINY, and aimed/targeting new shavers coming into the craft - both of these razors ring in at 25$ and are "one click buy" accessible. I have to admit here, I at one point had BOTH of these razors in my Amazon cart when I was first shaving, and so today I was like - lets do this on channel. Lets talk at a higher level about, share some head shaving tips, and battle these entry level razors. Here's the funny part - THEY BOTH SHAVE pretty darn well - but VERY differently. The Gillette is basically a DE89 or D89 (depending on brand) and is about as mild and efficient as a POST-WAR tech. I was able to press quite a bit, and never fear the blade (or really feel it haha). The GBS Slant on the other hand - which is a clone of the RazorRock Stealth of old - WAS NOT newbie friends IMHO. Aside from the fact it has the aesthetic and shape of a Clown Hammer (ITS CHONKY), I would say blade feel was right around medium-aggressive and around 3/5 (with the Wunderbar being a 5/5). It was fairly efficient and QUITE a bit closer of a shave. I had no problem getting more stubble off the Gillette side using the GBS slant. I would say the GBS Slant is a fantastic NEW TO SLANT's option, where the King C. is a better NEW TO DE's shave. APOLOGIES here guys - I did mess the GBS name up and switch the Letters around once or twice. I had a HELLUVA time with that today hahah And about the edit, yes, I did just so happen to knock over my camera, which led to my scuttle going straight into the sink. Sometimes...I think we need bloopers for this channel.
