The Environmental Express StableWeigh system provides a convenient alternative to traditional TDS testing. Unlike traditional sidearm flask setups, StableWeigh directly captures filtered sample in patented preweighed bags using an integrated sample loading, filtration and collection system. These lightweight, non-porous polymeric vessels do not deform or degrade under thermal stress required for evaporation. Each vessel arrives with a prelabeled weight and barcode for easy tracking, eliminating hand-marking and reducing labeling errors. Modular racks hold up to 25 vessels—nearly four times the equivalent oven space of 100 mL porcelain crucibles—expanding drying capacity and completed tests per day. Certified for ISO 11923:1997 and compliant with SM 2540, ASTM D5907, and BS EN 15216:2007, StableWeigh preweighed vessels remove testing process steps. Switching from crucibles removes process errors from weighing variability, resulting in repeatable results day-in, day-out.
