Hey friends, thanks for tuning into this weeks transformation! So this week when I was driving past this property, I could tell that it was likely abandoned, as the front door had cobwebs all over it and had not been opened in quite a while. I ended up speaking to the neighbor who knew the owner quite well and he told me what had happened with the property and that the owner had passed away and handed it down to his youngest son. I asked if he thought it would be alright if I cleaned up the whole property and he said it would be more than fine and that they would be very happy about it. The back yard was a bit tedious as I couldn’t fit my wheelbarrow through to many of the areas that I was cleaning, which made it a bit harder to clear everything.
