Winter is closing in, snowstorms keep rolling through, and we're in the middle of the most tedious part of our off-grid cabin addition — sheetrock. Hanging it, mudding it, taping it, sanding it… then doing it all over again. It felt like it would never end. In this episode we're battling Alaska's winter weather while racing to finish the interior of our cabin addition. Between shoveling out after back-to-back snowstorms and keeping the wood fire going, we're doing everything we can to push through and get paint on these walls. The whole family pitched in — including a couple of little helpers who may have stolen the show. If you've been wondering why it's been quiet around here lately, this is why. But we're almost there, and we can finally see the finish line. ⬇️ LINKS & RESOURCES Patreon (ad-free episodes + sneak peeks): / homesteady 🏠 ABOUT OUR CHANNEL We're Aust & K — a family of nine living off the grid in Alaska.
