Kohoj Fort Elevation: 1890 feet Wada, Palghar It's the second day of Kohoj Fort and Nagnath Lingi Pinnacle Campaign, All of us were in the hangover of yesterday's climb. At 8 O'clock we started to come out of tents. Our plan was to explore Kohoj Fort today. Few of us started folding our tents and few started to prepare Maggie and tea for breakfast. We finished our breakfast and started the journey towards The upper fort with packed bags. Once we reached the upper fort, two pinnacles can be easily seen. One of them looks like a human. Our Sahyakada Adventure team hoisted Safron (Bhagva) Flag there. Right in front of those pinnacles, one can see Radha-Krishna Temple on the stiff of the fort. We started descending the upper fort while descending on another stiff one can see God Hanuman's Temple. After some distance we can see few dens/caves to our left, the first one contains drinking water and rest has water that we can use but could not drink. There is a Bastion on the right side and one can see Fractal idol of Lord Hanuman. Once we descend the upper fort completely then we can reach the Plateau of the fort where we can find Lord Shiva's Temple and Nandi Idol in front of same Temple. Right in front of the Temple, there are few idols kept under tree shadow. We can see seven water ponds on Kohoj likewise we have seen Seven Water Ponds (Sapta Matruka) on Chavand Fort AKA Prasannagad and Ratangad. Once we explored the whole fort we started descending the fort and go to the base village Shelte. It took around one and a half hour to reach nearby Shelte Percolation Pond and that's where we concluded our Kohoj Fort and Nagnath Lingi Pinnacle Campaign.
