I wanted to give y’all a look at a Day In The Life since so much has changed over the last few years. There is 1 thing however that has remained the same and that’s building my day around my health and maximizing my time in the day. I get up early and get a workout in first thing in the morning. For me Tonal has been a great addition to my home because it saves time and I can do nearly any movement. With a hectic hosting schedule and currently producing my documentary highlighting people with intellectual disabilities and how they find normalcy in life through sport the #1 grounding thing that’s allowed me to find success is putting my health first.
