Without AI‑driven insights, sales teams struggle to prioritize leads, forecast accurately, and keep data clean, leading to inefficiencies and missed revenue. This session focused on how Dynamics 365 Sales Premium changes that model by delivering intelligent, AI‑powered capabilities that make selling more proactive and data‑driven. We walked through role‑based Sales Agents—including the Sales Research Agent, Sales Qualification Agent, and Sales Close Agent—and demonstrated how they help sellers automate follow‑ups, surface high‑value prospects, and receive actionable recommendations directly within their flow of work.
