Welcome, and grand rising. It’s lovely to see you again. So we’ll begin with three breaths—a simple pattern we can return to each time. Inhale deeply, hold for three counts, release, then hold again for three counts. We’ll repeat this three times. So on our next breath… Inhale… hold… two… three… release… hold… two… three. Inhale… hold… two… three… release… hold… two… three. Inhale… hold… two… three… exhale… hold… two… three. Thank you for joining, brothers and sisters. I hope you’ve been well. Thank you for coming, brothers and sisters I hope you have been well! We will do a quick smudge. I hope you've enjoyed yourself, time actually goes by really quickly, just the changing of the seasons and having less daylight in our day, just shows us how precious each moment is, and fleeting time can be. So if we'd like to tuck ourselves in, if we're not already, then close your eyes , get in to your most comfortable position, keeping warm and ready to fly. Are you reaching those peak waves? Ahhh, Ah, I just love that feeling—when your cells are all vibrating to the frequency you desire. It’s as though they’re all singing together, the tune of your vibration, how it makes you move and dance, moving you, inspiring you to dance, to sound, to release. How you sing and sound. It’s so wonderful. That’s you letting go, releasing everything, and stretching out. We're just flexing our muscles, so to speak. Let that wave purify you. Let it vibrate through every cell, moving them through your frequencies. May that tingling sensation truly move you—making your cells dance and feel alive, like energy rippling throughout your entire being. It feels as though we’ve been cleansed just by allowing ourselves to sing and dance. I feel so purified, and I hope you do too—or even better. May you have a beautiful journey, and wake feeling fresh and excited for life. Step out on the right side of the bed, feeling invincible, majestic, glorious—ready to embrace any scenario of your choosing.
