The next chapter in the DLC 2 weapons farming saga. Again the time for Air Raider to show its value. This mission flow depends on how many Haze you'll aggro with your first attack, that's the main reason for 3 runs in this video. There are 40 normal Haze plus 8 pink ones at the start. By killing 12 of them 3 times, you'll trigger a wave of small Krakens. It's usual to get 2 of the small Kraken waves with this strategy, the 3 it's rare. Just 1 is really unlucky and pretty unusual. You know that you triggered a wave of small Krakens by the "CAUTION" warning. For this strategy you need a vehicle you can get from the start of the run, so your best option is tanks, which thankfully work quite well. I used A9 and Also essential is the Bulge Laser Z. Although it takes forever to reload (thanks Sandlot), it works very well if you aim it to the corner near your safe position, because Haze and small Krakens are pretty dumb and insist on going to that position, and happily dying. Another essential weapon is the level 105 Planet Deathbird, although the level 90 Deathbird M4 will also work. Deathbird is awesome against Haze, but terrible against small Krakens. it takes forever to reload though, even worse than the Bulge Z, although that will be dependent on reload time upgrades for both weapons. Next, you need something to piss Haze and kill Krakens, and KM6 attacks are pretty good. Although its covered area are is much smaller, Z4 works better than X18, for the simple reason that X18 is a much lower attack and so it's harder to hit Haze. However this is luck dependent. Last weapon is a shield, and the best option is the level 89 Absolute Bunker. Be advised that Haze can still hit you inside shields. Flow is pretty simple. Summon vehicle, ride it back right to the place I go to. Destroy with tank environment tings that can make Bulge aiming a mess. Install the 5 Absolute Bunker shields in sequence like I do in the building that I use. Hide tank inside the shields. Go right from the shielded area and use Z4 or X18 to piss Haze. The more the merrier but this is very luck dependent. Return to shields and aim Deathbird to the top of the building just in front of you. Hide in the tank, or Deathbird will kill you. Haze will take some time to com, but many will. Normal Haze will likely all die, pink ones are harder for that to happen. One or more "CAUTION" warnings will show up depending n how many Haze have died. Small Krakens will take a LONG time to arrive. Save KM6 for them. Use Bulge on the road intersection, just like I do. If you don't see it on the ground it's hitting a building, so move it. Be careful with corpses, it's pretty easy to kill yourself with Bulge too. Bulge works great in that spot to kill Haze and small Krakens, thankfully they're pretty dumb. Although I didn't need ti you can turn the tark 180 degrees while inside the shields if some of them are destroyed by the enemies and it becomes dangerous to exit it. This way you'll be inside the shields ans it will be safer to exit and use KM6 and Bulge. Remember you can still be hit by Haze inside the shields. If necessary wait for Bulge to rebuild if too many Haze and small Krakens survive and use it again. You can use the tank to kill a few o tem, but I would advise it against more than 4 or 5 as they can trash the tank in a snap. Depending on having the KM6 attack you can use it again to piss more Haze. If you don't have it, use the Bulge but be careful doing so. When the 3 small Krakens waves have been dealt with, pick all crates destroying all buildings if necessary then procced to map center to ill the last few Haze and pick possible additional crates. This is pretty easy. Weapons crates are not awesome in numbers, but reasonable, and considering how bad things are in DLC in difficulty and crates numbers it's a pretty good option. The 3 runs are mainly different in how lucky I was with Haze pissing and using X18 instead of Z4. I also used E9 instead of A9 in the second run. Other classes can do some cheesing on this mission but it's a lot harder and takes a lot longer. Split screen them with AR if necessary. The mission can be easily done with 1k armor, I've done it too.
