ARPAC'S high-speed continuous motion TRAY-STAR TS-2000 SERIES makes tray loading a variety of products fast and easy. Wrap-around trays ensure that the product is enclosed in a tightly fit tray preventing scuffing and product damage. TS-2000 systems collate a variety of product shapes and sizes, such as: bottles, cans, bundles, cartons or jars, and load them onto a wrap-around tray at speeds ranging from 35 to 60 trays a minute. The machine features gentle product handling and loading to keep your product looking newly packaged.
