Become a supporting member and help this channel grow from here:    / @ouryemenikitchen   Ingredients: Four cups all-purpose flour (600 grams) Three tbsp milk powder (30 grams) One tsp salt (6 grams) One tbsp yeast (10 grams) One tsp sugar (6 grams) Vegetable oil for frying Instructions: Prepare the Dough: In a kneading bowl or mixer, combine the flour, milk powder, salt, yeast, and sugar. Knead the dough for 10 minutes until it reaches a soft consistency. Cover the dough and let it double in size for at least one hour. Divide and Prepare Dough Pieces: Cut the dough into 9 equal pieces. Place the dough pieces on a greased board. Brush the surface of each dough piece with vegetable oil. Keep the dough covered. Roll and Shape: Take one dough piece and roll it into a small circle on a piece of parchment paper. Make four long cuts in the center of the dough with a knife or pizza cutter. Fry the Flatbread: Heat vegetable oil over high heat in a deep pan or skillet. Once the oil is hot, carefully slide the parchment paper with the dough into the hot oil. Remove the parchment paper as the dough firms up. Fry until the bottom side turns golden brown, then flip it to the other side.
