SUBSCRIBE TO MY CHANNEL: / moniquelahey Simple, Creamy Cashew Milk Recipe All you need is a high speed blender and the following ingredients. 1 cup of soaked, drained and rinsed cashews 4 cups of filtered water 1 - 2 tablespoons of pure maple syrup1 teaspoon of vanilla extract A pinch of himalayan salt or sea salt Add all ingredients to blender and blend on high until smooth and creamy. Enjoy a cup of cashew milk on its own or add it to soups, smoothies, sauces, granola or cereal. Store in the fridge in an airtight glass container for up to 4 days.
