The reasons why men tend to die earlier than women has been linked to many questionable but considerable factors which I have listed out in this video. After the death of Prince Philip, husband to Queen Elizabeth II of England I really got to ask myself, why do men in general seem to have a shorter life span as women?? In 1800, life expectancy at birth was 33 years for women and 31 years for men; today it is 83.5 years and 79.5 years, respectively. In both cases, women live about 5% longer than men.
