Is light right? and could i fit all i had on the Romania trip and Reckless 80 in the Alpine R60? Good quetions answered and a overview of this luggage system. The 60/45/15 litres possible configutations is definitely in the sweet spot for many. Yes, i could fit everything i had on the 22 day trip from Sweden to Romania, easily. Is light right? That depends, the Reckless 80 system is incredible tough and probably the most modular system right out the door out there, this with 3 Kg differens in weight. The Alpine R60 is not only lighter, but sits tighter on the bike. At least on the KTM 890 Advenure R. Disclaimer: I missed out the part from my left side bag (which could be seen on my Instagram). It included a Compressor/Jumpstarter/Powerbank from AsperX, A ultralight large towel and baith shorts, my clothes in a 20L Dry Sack (Not included in Alpine R60, but came with my V3 R80, great add!). Extra clothes = 3 pair of underwear, socks, t-shirts. A base layer set in Merino wool (Strata from Mosko), Pants that could be converted to shorts, my hygiene bag...and a bottle of red wine from Portugal. Tools that normally was carried in one R80 Aux pocket, is now strapped to the @Perunmoto rear large billet rack. Not as low as on the R80, but works nice.
